…because he is “threat” to the Republican Party.
Dear Republican Party,
We don’t give a fuck about you. We’re using you. You are the equivalent of A-list celebrity and we’re fucking you solely for the popularity. What makes you think that Ron Paul supporter would ever settle for Mitt Fucking Romney? A man whose principles completely contradict our own. We are NOT your voters. We will NOT bow down to the puppets you place before us. We see your lies, your fraudulence, and we know that two plus two does NOT equal five and your “elections” nothing but a deception of choice. We will either overthrow you, or we will defeat you. We are not Republicans. We are a movement. We are a Revolution.
First off. Before I get all the hate mail about how Ron Paul can still win the Republican nomination, save your breath. I know and completely understand the delegate strategy and that it is very feasible that Ron Paul could shock the political world by walking away with the nomination. But let’s say the RNC decides to break their own rules in Tampa (wouldn’t surprise you, would it?). Let’s say Romney does win the Republican nomination and is set to face-off against Obama in November.
Ask Ron Paul supporters what they will do and these are the answers you get:
NO ONE BUT PAUL!!!
Ron Paul 2012
Write him in!!
I’m going to try to be nice here, because this irritates me to no end.
Your write-in vote, your protest vote, is going to count for nothing. It’ll find it’s place within the pile of votes for Jesus Christ and Chuck Norris, conveniently listed under “other”. Your vote will count for nothing and you can enjoy four years under Obama or Romney.
Instead, I have decided that in the situation that Ron Paul is no longer running for president, I will vote for Gary Johnson, and I hope the rest of the Ron Paul movement follows. For those who are unsure or don’t see the purpose in voting for Gary Johnson, here’s just a few reasons without even mentioning his views:
“I was on NPR’s All Things Considered yesterday. The question was, ‘You’re on the torture rack, they’re going to kill you, who are you going to vote for? Mitt Romney, or Barack Obama? I said, ‘Look, I’ve climbed Mount Everest. I know how to do what it takes. Take this to the bank: I would rather die.’”
-Gary Johnson
Ron Paul supporters:
You have the amazing opportunity of changing this presidential race and the future of this country, whether Ron Paul is in it or not. Ron Paul is going to endorse someone if he isn’t running. I suggest that you listen. He won’t endorse Romney (unless Romney flip-flops into a Libertarian), and he obviously won’t endorse Obama. My money is on a Gary Johnson endorsement. A presidential candidate needs to be polling at at least 15 percent to be included in the presidential debates. If Ron Paul supporters were able to get behind one candidate that number would be easy to achieve. Democrats are unhappy with Obama. Republicans don’t want Romney. America is looking for an alternative. Give them one.
